The Minneapolis Northeast Lions is a member (#2970) of the International Association of Lions Clubs, which lists nearly 1.4 million men and women members, in 46,000 Lions clubs.
Chartered in 1940, the Northeast Minneapolis Lions are involved in fundraisers, volunteerism and many projects to benefit the community of Northeast Minneapolis including:
selling Christmas trees, books, golf tournaments, Meals on Wheels, Pot O’Gold dinners, golf tournaments, Sight First, charitable gaming, Salvation Army bell ringing and collecting food for N.E. senior food shelf.
